Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $100K in Arrowhead Farms, San Bernardino, CA.
Jessica really is a "people's realtor". While we were looking for a house before we met Jessica, we spent a myriad of time floundering around not sure what we wanted or even what area we were looking for. But Jessica helped us pick from several areas, and showed us pros and cons of each. She was always accessible to us, and eager to find us a home that made us happy.
At one point when we could not decide on anything we liked, she was both willing to stay with us AND willing to not crowd us or pressure us into something we didn't like.
She was well-versed in loan processing and escrow procedures, and worked to keep things together until the closing. Prior to Jessica I had tried to work with at least 3 other realtors, and I never could get call-backs, or any personal service. Unless they detected I was ready to hand them cash now, they almost seemed to blow me off to move on to someone else. But Jessica gave the personal service it took to get us into the home, and got us into it.
Most any realtor CAN do these things, but Jessica actually DID them.…More Less
