Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Temple Hills, MD.
Cornelia is a seasoned agent. She is knowledgeable, skilled and patient. She means what she says. For example, her email signature says --"Fall seven times, stand up eight, a Japanese proverb". She follows this proverb to the essence. She will not give up till her clients have achieved their goal. I have worked with other agents in the past but am particularly impressed with Cornelia, especially with her sincerety and expertise. Having a thorough knowledge of standard sales, she is an expert short sale negotiator also. Overall, I give her a very high rating and she deserves it!

Bought a Cooperative home in 2012 in Washington Highlands, Washington, DC.
I first contacted Cornelia when I saw a Co-op that looked very appealing to me. I clicked her name while searching on Zillow and within a very short time she contacted me and the process began. From the beginning to the end things went very smooth with her professionalism and expertise. We scheduled several meetings and she was always prompt and courteous. I highly recommend her and would use her again if in the market for Real Estate. Trust me, you won't go wrong.

Helped me rent a home.
I had a very pleasant experience working with Ms. Gibson. She's very thorough, knowledgeable and about her business. I also found her to be very understanding and compassionate when it came to assisting me. She was excellent at negotiating reasonable terms for me (which was not easy due to my credit issues), and her follow-through is outstanding. Even after I moved into my new home she's kept in touch with me to make sure everything's going smooth. I have her number saved in my phone because I will most definitely refer her to everyone I know who is trying to buy, rent or sale a home. Cornelia Gibson is truly a top-notch professional!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Riverdale, MD.
My family and I would like to once again express our heartfelt gratitude for the service we received from Ms. Cornelia Gibson. Ms. Gibson went above and beyond the call of duty while assisting us with the sale of one property and simultaneously helping us negotiate the purchase of another. Within one weekend we received four (4) offers on our property and after viewing tons of properties we were able to have our offer accepted on a another property that had only been on the market less than one week. I attribute our success to Ms Gibson's knowledge, patience, professionalism, hard work and unswerving commitment to excellent customer service.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Upper Marlboro, MD.
Cornelia helped me through a short sale process in a market the was saturated with other short sale and foreclosed properties. I was sure that the process would be painful and lengthy due to the fact there were so many other houses out there that seemed to have more to offer on the surface. Cornelia stayed vigilant in finding a buyer for my property in a timely manner while education me on the things I needed to accomplish in order to make the process go as smooth as possible. Cornelia was attentive to my needs and answered all my questions professionally and accurately. She was a great asset to me in my time of need and I will keep her in mind for all my real estate needs.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Bowie, MD.
Cornelia worked closely with us to sell our home. When the real estate market crashed and the home values plumeted, it was apparent the house would not sell for the value we had hoped. She patiently explained our options and we lowered the asking price several times. She exhausted every option in marketing our home to ensure it received great visibility. Because we had a contract on another home, we were desperate to sell and avoid paying two mortgages. Cornelia then gave us the option of renting the home and worked just as hard to find a renter. Through her efforts, we were successful and were able to rent the home to avoid paying the two mortgages. She later successfully negotiated a short sale of our home with the banks and found a buyer. She was awesome!

Ms.Gibson, is the best realtor it has been my pleasure. Her respect for my time was the key. We sat down discussed what I was looking for and she listened. We looked at three homes, I bought the second one. During the negotiation phase it was a pleasure to see an agent work for the best price for me and not. For her commission. Ms. Gibson is a no nonsense type realtor, if you want to buy "your" house call Ms. Gibson, if you want to buy someone else's house...why?
