I met Cory actually after reading earlier reviews on various websites. I sent a request about a home to Cory and few more people purely based on the earlier reviews.
I sent that at around 8pm that night and Cory replied and called me at around 8:30pm to talk about that house. Just during that phone call, I felt like he was very knowledgeable of the area, market and also had lots of connection w/ people (having connections is a BIG deal BTW).
At around 9pm, after our first discussion, he immediately called the listing agent of that home to dig more details and it turned out that the house was already sold.
Later that night he sent us few more house at similar price range and same neighborhood. The next day we met and toured all those homes and we actually liked 1 of the homes.
And believe it or not, we made an offer just 3-days later. This is just 3-days after we met first met him! During those 3 days we met with one of Cory's references, we went to his home, we met with a contractor, brought him to this new home for high-level inspection etc etc.
Overall, we are very happy and feel lucky we found Cory.

While many other agents just wanted to shovel us listings and emails before we committed, Cory took the time to build a relationship over 5 months where he patiently educated us on the various neighborhoods and property types, explained the best housing options for our family, and offered strategies how best to sell and buy. Again, all of this before we committed to using his services. Needless to say, he was our listing and buying agent.
