5 star reviews seem a dime a dozen here on Zillow so it can be tough to find a broker you truly trust. Let me first start by saying that I had a somewhat complex situation. Combine that with my lack of expertise in this area and I was extremely cautious. Oh yeah, and I have been told that I have high...perhaps even unrealistic expectations when it comes to customer service. Given all of that, I had preferred to work with someone local and someone referred by a friend. Justin was neither. But he did post an almost immediate response to my question here and more importantly, his response was clear, concise and accurate. We began an email exchange and I was impressed with how quickly he always got back to me. Then, I went through a few different periods of time where I was very busy at work and was unable to to focus on getting the re-fi done. During that time, Justin consistently reached out to me and kept me up to date with rates, etc but never in a way that was annoying. I expect the delays were frustrating to him, bet he never let that show in any of our email exchanges or conversations. His persistence led me to to choose him to work with. I have absolutely no regrets in doing so. He constantly amazed me with his responsiveness - particularly when it came to email. I am not sure when he slept since he replied to email at all hours of the day. He made the whole process much easier.

In short, he's trustworthy, honest, responsive and knowledgeable. I wish there was a way to give him more than 5 stars since he stands out amongst the other 5-star reviews.
