We also found Justin by accident through Zillow, after trying unsuccessfully to complete a HARP refi with our former lender and some other banks and brokers. After a lot of frustration and difficulty with others (despite our excellent credit and overall profile), what a relief it was to find Justin. From our first conversation in which he answered many many questions, he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and accurate. With Justin as our broker, suddenly our HARP refi turned into a smooth and quick transaction, with the closing in about 3 weeks after the initial contact. The whole thing seemed too good to be true, except it wasn't. Our refi was for an investment property, we had beem promised by at least three Banks only to be let down after paying out tons of money for appraisals.

Justin has given the best experience possible. After being told time and again that I would qualify for a harp 2.0 refinace by 4 different brokers and banks, I was always let down. I found justins blog one night and called him the next day.
In about 20 minutes he was confident that he could help me. I was skeptical because all prior contacts with lenders started out the same. However, justin came thru with flying colors. I could not be happier with his service and easy, relaxed demeanor. Everything he promised happened exactly as described and very quickly. Did I mention that he personally answers the phone everytime ? When was the last time ANYONE does that in the finace business.
