To say Justin is a miracle worker is an understatement. I posted a question on Zillow Forums in desperation. I had been turned down for a refi by my credit union because of my debt to income ratio. I called my current mortgage holder, and they immediately put me in to a HARP loan. I had a HELOC that was going to reset in 5 months and the HARP program did nothing to help me with that. Justin was one of the brokers that responded to my question. He was the only one that answered my question in language I could understand, and didn't make me sound like a lost cause. Much to my surprise, his office was less than 10 minutes from me! After an email and a phone call, I was in his office the next day. In spite of some financial obstacles, Justin was able to put together a loan package that the lender was OK with, and was way beyond what I thought was possible. Justin kept in contact with me through email and phone calls just about every day‚Ķ.even weekends. Time from first contacting him to closing: 40 days. I hope Justin realizes what a gift he has in dealing with people and lenders. He has given me a fresh financial start and made my retirement plans a reality.  More Less

I was looking to refinance my mortgage loan. I contacted Justin Sheftell due to his impressive reviews here on Zillow. I must admit they are all right after completing the refinance process in a couple of weeks without any issues. Highly recommended.

Closed refinance loan. Talmadge, San Diego, CA

Justin just completed a HARP refinance on a townhouse I own. Everything went well and Justin was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My monthly payment will be reduced by approximately $150/month. If I ever need assistance in San Diego again, I'll will contact Justin.
