Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $275k in Somerton, Philadelphia, PA.Summary:
I was lucky enough to come across Donna and Joe Cragin when looking at a particular home listing on-line in 2006. After initially speaking with Donna I knew she and Joe would then be our real estate buying agent. Joe and Donna together have a great mix of real estate experience and home structure knowledge. They are very patient and will assist you in your search for a new home until you find "the one". Once you do find "the one", Donna and Joe have the saavy to negotiate with the selling agent to make sure you get that home under the terms and conditions you prefer. After you purchase your home Donna and Joe remain very helpful; such as supplying you with home values if you are planning on refinancing or just updating you with important real estate market information through e-mail. I strongly recommend the Cragin's and will definitely use them next time I move.…More Less

Donna and Joe are very knowledgable in all areas of selling and purchasing homes. They walked us through selling our home, buying our next home, and the mortgage process. They made us very comfortable and they were very patient with us with all of our questions and concerns.
