We were looking for a house while we were trying to sell ours out of town. We had no idea who to talk to, so I went into the office and got whoever was in the office at the time. This turned into one of the best blessings in the world. We wanted to just look at a couple of houses we saw online since we still had our house for sale.<br/><br/>The first house we went to was the only house we were even interested. Craig saw the price lower a few months later and gave me a call. We got the house for the lower price and was able to lease it while we sold our old house.<br/><br/>When we went to purchase the house our first lender turned into a headache. Craig handled all the bad news with the greatest professionalism. We also had a couple of other thing occur in the closing process where he gave me great advise and professional references. <br/><br/>Thanks to Craig and the second lender, we have a house in the greatest neighborhood, at a low purchase price and payment.
