Sold a home in 2014.

Thanks for the great write up! You were AWESOME to work with & since this property was so well maintained, it sold quickly for $20,000 over asking to beat out any competition. It was a pleasure working with you & the attorney. Very smooth process. =)

Sold a home in 2013.

Thanks for the write up! It was a "longer than expected" approval process & the closing MUST have been scary for the buyer, but we made it happen despite ridiculous bank requests after everyone signed closing paperwork. What a roller-coaster! You came through to make it happen & I am glad you were able to. It was SUCH a pleasure working with you!

Sold a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $150K in Redford, MI.

Thanks for the write up! It was easy to sell a house that was so well kept & showed as excellent as your home did. Thanks for always staging your home so it showed it best! A home that shows well, sells well. I remember we had 2 offers within a couple days. I am glad I was able to help you sell so fast.

Bought a home in 2013.

You are my favorite buying group to work with: First time home buyers. I love educating you on every step of the process & helping you get what you need to make the deal work. Inspections, Appraisal, Underwriting, Title Companies & contractors are just some of the items that I help with for a seamless transition into your new home. Thanks for the write up!

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2013 in South Rockwood, MI.
Response from Craig on 11/04/2013
In good faith, I took the listing, despite deplorable conditions (mold, feral cats, personal items-floor to ceiling) in this 2001 canal-front home. My team & I diligently worked to successfully obtain short sale approval. A buyer was consummated, we obtained APPROVAL. The seller abruptly decided she WAS NOT going to work with these buyers & killed the deal. The bank had a property evaluation & informed me, drop price $25,000-basement flooded. Seller refused & DID list days before sheriff sale date. A second buyer was consummated. Since bank decided not to extend the sheriff sale again & it foreclosed, seller decided not to cooperate any further. She was furious at the bank for not extending just "one more time." I've NEVER seen a sheriff sale postponed over 12 times. They made every effort to work with this seller. I always HAVE BEEN & STILL AM committed to successfully closing this transaction. I am certain the seller had NO intention of EVER selling her house.
