Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Spanos Park West, Stockton, CA.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $100K in French Camp, CA.

Craig is knowledgeable of real estate practices and was extremely helpful in accomplishing a difficult short sale which stopped foreclosure action and completed the sale.
