We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Oak Mountain, Shiloh, GA 31826

Not a very nice person and is very rude! While speaking with him, he continually cuts you off while speaking. He didn't make me want to buy a house or will I refer anyone to him. He needs to take customer service classes to learn what it is to be personable. This job (realty) is all about personality and I tell you one thing... he sure doesn't have it.

I have never had any contact with this person. Obviously, this does not represent the view of any of my past clients that I have represented in real estate transactions. Please take a few minutes to read all my other reviews. I welcome the opportunity to help you in your real estate needs! Thanks, Craig Greenhaw

Bought a home in 2013.

If it wasn't for Craig, we would have never found a home to fit our needs like the one he found us. He was always available to us whenever we had questions and was willing to take us out day after day until we found the perfect fit home for us. I would recommend anyone looking for a home in the Columbus area to have Craig help you in your search.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Midland, GA.

Craig and Team worked very hard for me and my family He stayed on top of the process. We had a difficult purchase due to the nature of the property and seller, but Craig pushed it forward.

Craig has access to a wealth of subject matter experts at his disposal. Anything from home inspections to termite repair, construction, or surveying, Craig brings it all to the table.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $475K in Pine Mountain, GA.

It was a pleasure working with Craig. We moved to Columbus about 12 months ago and his extensive knowledge of the area, the builders and the subdivisions was an asset in helping us find the perfect home. His network of contacts for additional services was a plus as well. We highly recommend Craig.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $325K in Midland, GA.

Craig was a great realtor and represented us well as buyers. His local knowledge as well as building codes, and just construction knowledge was very helpful. You can be assured you will be well represented and have great follow up if you go with Craig.

Bought a home in 2013.

Craig was fantastic from first contact to two days after closing. He went above and beyond at every step of the way. I told him the first day he was going to have to earn his pay, he did and more.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Columbus, GA.

Craig was an amazing realtor from start to finish. I needed to buy a house by proxy (I am currently living in New York), and I found his bio on Zillow. He was the highest rated realtor in the area and I realize why now. From the very beginning I was an unconventional client. My very first call to him was from an airplane where I was trying to gather detailed information about a property very quickly before I was forced to turn my phone off. Not only was he able to get me all the info I needed before we took off, he also had me info on several other things I had mentioned in passing during our short conversation by the time I landed. He was able to anticipate many of my needs without being asked, so it drastically reduced my workload. As I said before, I was buying a house using power of attorney because I was out of town, and he was able to smoothly facilitate all my needs during this. He was also very helpful in areas that he didn't have to be. I was buying another house at the same time from a private seller. He provided me with contacts and references I needed during this even though there was no commission in it for him (this was before I had bought the house from him or even found a property; this was just him being a really good guy). On top of everything else, he is honest. He never once exaggerated anything or misled me; he always watched out for my best interest. He was very easy to reach at all times, and if he ever missed a call he always called back immediately. I was kept in the lop at every turn of the process even though I wasn't around, and the house I ended up buying was not an easy one to close. It was a HUD home with many government regulations and mild annoyances along the way. He took care of almost all the headaches associated with this, where most other agents would have just passed along the buck to me. He also informed my representative in GA of everything needed from him from meetings to inspections to closing. I can be a little critical of those I work with sometimes, but I don't have a single negative thing to say about my experience with Craig. He was an unbelievably impressive and talented agent. He also has an amazing amount of knowledge of many facets of real estate, as he has been in more than one side of the business. Between he and his family they have, many, many years of real estate experience. I will definitely use him again in the future and I highly recommend that anyone reading this use him too. He will work very hard for you, I guarantee.

Bought a home in 2013.

Craig was professional & knowledgeable. He stayed on top of things during the whole process & without him I’m sure the deal would have fallen through as it was a very time sensitive bid and we were behind at the very start. Thank You Craig!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Fortson, GA.

We have sold many homes and the experience has always been stressful until we got the opportunity to work with Craig. He made the process what it should be. From the very first day he gave us a truthful report on our home and listened to our wants and needs. He helped us get the few repairs needed after inspections. He was always very professional and listened to our concerns when they came up. He answered his phone which does not always happen with all agents. We were lucky enough to have our home get a accepted contract in only 13 days on the market and we closed very soon after with no issues. I have never been a fan of realtors until now. If you need a home or want to list your home you should call Craig. We hated to leave hour home but the military said it was time for us to go. The process could have been very stressful but Craig helped the entire way. Some realtors talk but he delivers.
