I was referred to Craig via a friend and it was merely to help me with a house buying process that I started directly with the seller. It was a private party to private party sale. Unfortunately I was not in the position financially to hire an agent and pay the fees for that transaction and the seller didn't want to pay any commissions for the sale or her property as well. So I turned to Craig for the mere advise on what to do and at that point it's where I realized that I just met a friend for life. He immediately was willing to help me go through the process so that it's simplified for me and he understood my financial situation and therefore didn't want a penny from me. I was blown away by his generosity.
Fortunately for me that transaction never materialized and we were still in the market for a home to buy so I immediately turned to Craig to find my family our future home. He went to work diligently to find us something within our price range and also in the neighborhood that we wanted. It wasn't long before the he came across the PERFECT fit for us. As frustrating as it can be to purchase a home that is in a short sale process, Craig made it seamless.
Craig also introduced us to one of the best Mortgage companies in town that were willing to work with us every way they could to make the deal happen. You just don't find people like that now a days. His approach to his work is inspired by the old school mentality that if you treat everyone fairly and equally it will come back to you tenfold.
