Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Oswego, IL.

Mr. Roe helped us sell our home while we were in a very stressfull situation. He was a complete professional and had an answer to all of our questions and because of our situation we had a lot of them. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. Sold a home in 2013 in Sunset Villa, IL 60119.

Craig helped me sell my home after my husband passed away. He was such a big help, he dealt with my bank for me and got them to take a lower payoff so I could sell. Because of my situation Craig had to show my house for me, I know he did not normally do that but he was always trying to help me. Once the bank accepted our contract he even helped me arrange for movers. I could tell he was really concerned that everything would work out for me and I really appreciate the extra time he took to help me.  More Less
