Wow! We bought our first house and are extremely happy about our purchase ?
We couldn't have done it without Dana and Craig. They are not 1 but 2 perfect buyer’s agents. Dana is the perfect gal to go shopping with and Craig is so informative and honest. We interviewed 2 other agents before choosing Dana and Craig. What we liked about them, apart from their experience is, they listened to us and wanted our priorities to come first. They never influenced us to choose any subdivision or house which they thought would be good for us. But still they gave us enough guidance to make our own decision.
Buying a house is not an easy task. Because we were not originally US residents, every term in the buying process was new to us. Dana and Craig was patient enough to explain every detail to us. Their professionalism impressed us more than anything. They were consistent in their interest in showing houses till the end. We sat down with them to discuss what we felt about the houses we were interested. They valued our likes and dislikes and steered us in the right direction.
