Craig responded somewhat promptly and informative. His communication stopped when the place I was looking at was under contract and did not respond for further help of other areas.

Craig did an excellent job helping us find the PERFECT rental property in DC. He brought us to good neighborhoods and showed us places of great value, even though we were working with a very tight bugdet. He put in more time with us than we expected for just looking for a rental instead of looking to buy. He is also a very nice and friendly guy.

Showed home in 2010 in Capitol Hill, Washington, DC 20002.
Craig showed us a few apartments and helped us to lock down the apartment we're currently living in. Another person submitted their application before us but fell through for some reason or another. Through Craig's persistence, we were able to get the apartment in the end. He was very good at keeping us informed and has followed up with us since we have moved in. I'd definitely work with him in the future.

Craig is a wonderful agent, he showed me and my husband numerous homes and provided valuable insights into the housing market. Ultimately, we had to continue renting because our finances changed but hopefully in a year or two we will be in the buyers market again at which time we will definitely call Craig!
