I am very pleased to recommend Nate Allen to anyone looking for a reliable real estate agent. In 2010, I, a professional and Denver resident, wanted to visit a few houses in Orange County where my daughters live. I found Nate’s name online and he was willing to show me and my wife houses in Orange County. In the process of viewing houses with him, we found him very pleasant and knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate business. My wife and I took a long pause, however, and began searching again with Nate in December 2012 and we finally moved into a house in Fullerton, CA thanks to Nate’s help.<br/><br/>The following was our experience with Nate. Nate had endless energy in his effort to find the right house for us. First, he gave us a bigger picture of the housing market in terms of the economy, inventories, pricing, trends and things that we needed to know before we could go into the details. He also gave us a local perspective by taking us to a geographical high point from where we could locate each neighborhood in every direction. He then took us to individual houses he carefully selected in accordance with our preferences. <br/><br/>Nate never hesitated to say what he considered to be important about a house we were visiting. Nate was always quite transparent with his views especially when he thought we were not informed properly. He has great communication skills and communicates very clearly to make sure that we are on the same page with him all times. He is willing to do extra chores and confirmations in order to make sure that all steps are followed and to avoid mistakes because of carelessness. With his great communication skills, Nate often asks questions even to neighbors to make us better informed. <br/><br/>Nate has extensive knowledge in all parts of the real estate transactions. He is even equipped with views on the architectural and the engineering/structural aspect of the houses because of his civil engineering education. Most importantly, Nate thinks as though he were the buyer and shares his analytical views based on his finance education and experiences having seen hundreds of houses. He clearly informed us the trade-offs between the various decisions we should think through. He went over with us in detail every line in every document we needed to sign and approve. He kept track of every step of the investigations and documentation. He had built great networks with all necessary people and entities and he was able to use these networks to answer and help when we needed it. <br/><br/>Nate is much more than an ordinary real estate agent. Sold a Condo home in 2013 in Orange, CA.

A good friend of mine recommended Nate Allen after she hired him and Crane Real Estate to complete a short-sale for her. My good friend assured me that not only would I not be disappointed with Nate Allen, she promised me that I would find him one of the most ethical, hard-working, young professionals I've ever met. These days, I'm pretty mistrusting of banks and realtors because I believe they are the greedy wolves who got us into this housing crisis to begin with. After fighting my bloated mortgage for seven years, I gave in and had to short-sale my condo. I listed by condo with Nate Allen and Crane Real Estate in January 2013. Nate was amazing, just as my friend promised. Nate was aggressive with my lenders and making sure my request for a short-sale didn't slip through the cracks. Nate helped me 'stage' my condo and gave me effective pointers for showing my my home in its best light. Nate listed my condo (MLS) and shot a virtual video the first week. Next, we had an open house. I followed Nate's professional advice, and amazingly we had 13 purchase offers the very first weekend. My short-sale just closed escrow (April 2013) and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted from me.

Nate exemplifies business "transparency." He explained everything to me and gave me updates almost every day about what he had accomplished or what the next step was. Nate stopped most of my stress about dealing with my lenders. The lenders still called me every day, but I just let it go to voice mail. In return, Nate called my lenders almost every day, to find out why they were dragging their feet and putting me at risk of losing a very qualified buyer from an unnecessary delay on their part. Nate gave me copies of every document, without me having to ask. Nate's incredibly knowledgeable, particularly with short-sales. If he didn't immediately know the answer to one of my (many, many) questions, he always found the answer right away and got back to me. Nate is a family man, who cherishes his wife and two small children. Strangely, Nate seems to have more hours in his day than the rest of us, or maybe he just works more hours than the rest of us, but the man is always working. He gets everything done in professional, timely manner, and has the most amazing attention to detail.

I would strongly recommend Nate Allen to anyone looking for an honest and reliable real estate professional.

Nate was great in helping us find our new home. He's very thorough and always works with you through the whole process. He's a true hard worker....all hours of the day or night he's there for you answering questions or completing paperwork. Excellent agent...we'll use him again.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Whittier, CA.

Nate has been wonderful to work with throughout the process of selling our condo in Fullerton. His attention to detail and knowledge of the market proved invaluable, and resulted in multiple offers with only a week on the market. Through every step of the process Nate kept us informed and provided honest advice. Nate truly has a passion for real estate and it shows, which is why we are now working with him on purchasing a new home!

Update: After an VERY quick sale of the condo, we immediately began looking at homes with Nate. After only a handful of homes seen, we found the one that was perfect for us in Whittier! Although there admittedly were many challenges with the purchase of the home, Nate always knew what to do, who to call, and most importantly acted immediately when issues presented themselves. We definitely got lucky finding this house, but by us doing our homework in regards to what we wanted and where, and listening to Nate's advice we were able to act quick and without hesitation (which is crucial in today's real estate market). Nate is one of the most detail oriented professionals I have ever worked with, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home!

Nate helped me purchase my first home. I had several questions and he gave me honest answers with several different options. Allowing me to make the most educated choices. He is extremely knowledable in all aspects of mortage, funding, and finances. Nate worked around my schedule and made himself availabe at all hours. If I was unable to get paperwork to him, he would drive to my house and pick it up. Nate looked at the little things and followed up on all discrepancies. He followed through with each and everything he said he would do and also made certain the lenders, pest control, appraisers, contractors, and the city did the same. Nate kept everyone on schedule. I would recommend Nate to future buyers/ sellers and I plan on using him for any future properties.

Nate is the first real estate agent I have had the pleasure to deal with that was responsive, knowledable, helpful, and easy to work with. I have purchased and sold many homes but Nate was the first one I felt put my needs first.

He is detail oriented and catches oversights early with lenders or escrow companies so that issues get resolved without becoming stressful problems later in the process.
