      Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Plano, TX.
      We sold our house 36 hours after listing with Creekview with multiple offers well above list price (6% above list, and I'll get back to that in a minute). We saved over ten thousand dollars in seller's agent commissions. We listed with Creekview after interviewing seven agents from seven different real estate companies (KW, C21, CB, Redfin, ReMax, Ebby, BH&G). They all gave us CMA's; four were within a few hundred of each other, two were wildly too high, and one was wildly too low. We listed at the average of the four CMA's nearest each other (we did not use Creekview's CMA). All seven agents gave us the same dog and pony show; told us that they were the greatest agents in the universe working for the best agency and company plus they all made ice cream taste better and the sun would explode and kill everyone if we didn't list with them, blah, blah, blah ad infinitum. By upgrading our service with Creekview to full representation, they gave us the EXACT same level of service we would have received from a typical RE agent along with occasional hand holding for around a thousand dollars. No, they did not come over to our house before signing a listing agreement, blather on for three hours and become our best and oldest friends. However, I know their service was as good (to me better) as a 6% agent because we've used seller agents in the past on former home sales. These guys are very professional, they absolutely represent YOU, give great advice, and LISTEN to your concerns. Don't let the different people at Creekview who will talk to you, scare you. They all knew who we were, and all were able to answer our questions or handle our concerns right then. And, if they didn't have the answer right then, they got it and called back or e-mailed surprisingly quickly. Now about that 6% sale above our list price with multiple offers (four to be exact) in the present seller's market and low appraisals in Collin County: With Creekview's help, we stipulated to all offers that they would pay offer price regardless of appraisal. Two pulled their offers and two stayed in. Both offers that stayed in were in fact the highest and very strong. All seven interviewed agents told us no matter what the offer prices were, we would only be able to sell at the appraised price. They were wrong to the tune of almost 20 thousand dollars. That's right, not only did we save 10 grand on seller's commissions, Creekview helped us make the buyers and their agents "put their money where their offers were." That's thirty thousand dollars worth of value that cost us one thousand dollars with amazing service. Based on our experience with Creekview, I highly recommend using them to represent you.       Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Lorena, TX.
      We used Creekview Realty for a flat fee listing. The things I liked over other similar outfits are:

      - they provide a professional sign -a box for the fliers -an MLS electronic keybox which is essential if you are working with buyer's realtors -an answering service -a website at Creekview as well as posting on MLS websites.

      Everything needed was online or mailed quickly. Their FAQ page is very helpful as well reminding you that if your house doesn't sell it ultimately comes back to market price.

      Our offer we received was very complex with a double contingency, buyer asking for closing costs, short closing etc. I was leaving the country the morning we got the offer, so it was a relief to have them help us handle the negotiations. You probably won't get John, but Mark and some of the other team members are quite good. As a "do it yourself" guy, I never thought I would need help with negotiations, but I was really glad in this case to have this as an option.

      Very happy with all the services we used and would recommend them to anyone!

Every time I called or emailed I spoke to a live person or they responded back incredibly fast. I sold my home for above the listing price and in 2 days!
