Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Greenville, SC.

Sabrina has done an unbelievalbe job with my home! She managed it as a rental property for 2+ years, handling all issues while my renters were in the house and the true value was when the renters had moved out. We had decided to put the house on the market and the renters had left it in less than stellar condition. She was able to get the house show ready(and this was a big task) and we had an offer on the house within 4 days! She was upfront and honest on what we needed to do to sell our house quickly. We will definitley use Sabrina again for any real estate needs! Trust me, you will not get better service or a better agent!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in Greenville, SC.

We had a horrible experience using Sabring Crumpton Realty. We did all of our own research in locating a house. She didn't have any suggestions. When we chose our home we requested information about the property regarding renovations that had been done and she couldn't/wouldn't get us the informaiton. She didn't stay on top of anything throughout the process and therefore our closing was delayed. She seemed to be pretty knowledgable about the different areas which was helpfull. All in all though I definitly would not recomend her to anyone who was buying a home. Perhaps she is a better seller.

Thank you for reading Sabrina Crumpton Realty reviews. This review is false. Several lists of homes were emailed to the buyers before they made a decision. The sellers were not the owners that made the renovations so they had no documentation. The buyers chose to switch lenders, mid-way through, against our recommendation. Several calls and emails were made by our office and the closing attorneys office to get the status of the mortgage throughout the transaction and everything was supposedly on schedule. As the closing date got closer, their lender could give us no explanation as to why it was delayed or when it would close. So as frustrating as it was for the buyers, it was also for Sabrina Crumpton Realty. Some lenders are good and some are not so good. The only explanation I can give as to why the buyers are giving this negative review is they were previous tenants and were unhappy because they lost part of their deposit, due to the condition that they left the rental property.
