We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Southgate, MI 48195
Mainly she ignored me, sent me one house listing and a link to her morning coffee site.
Never checked back, didn't bother to put me on an automated email list to send available house or anything like that.
This was the second time I tried to work with her, the first time I got no response whatever.

Sold a home in 2008.
We have with Khalilah Durfield of Crystal Hardison LLC for the last 3 years and have been very impressed with her service. She has assisted us with all aspects of property purchase and has always been on hand when there have been questions/issues.

I am writing to convey my overall experience with my REALTOR, Crystal Hardison.
During our transaction Crystal was extremely patient and understanding. It was a very hard decision trying to decide which property would be the best fit for my family. We looked at various properties and she never pressured me into choosing something that would not be best for my family. She worked with me for about 3 months helping me find the home of my dreams.
Crystal's customer service skills were very attentive and she was extremely fast to return my calls whenever I called her with a question. When Crystal did return my calls in an expedient manner, it did help the process flow very seamless. She also was great at calming all of my fears as I got closer to my closing date.
I would highly recommend Crystal Hardison for all of your Real Estate needs.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Rosedale Park, Detroit, MI.
I had a great experience buying my first home. My agent truely had my best interest as a client first. Helping me find an affordable and suitable home for my family. I would definitely recommend agent, and locate for any future house purchases.

Crystal was very professional and on time for our appointment. She was even able to show me homes at last minute notice thanks to her mobile accessories she had with her. Communicates well with email and texts. Due to me having a small child she provided information on schools in the area. She has a passion for this business. Her staff was very helpful also. I highly recommend her!

Crystal was very detail and attentive to my needs. She is very knowledgeable about the market and provided me with real estate advice that benefits my family. She also is a great manager of time which I had very little extra time. Because of her skills, the stress of looking for a new home quickly faded. Crystal EXCEEDED my expectations in customer service and provided me with a WOW! exerience. I would recommend her to others for sure.

I have been thoroughly satisfied with the attention given by Crystal Hardison and the results obtained. She was always promptly on time, every time, and was available throughout the day when we had questions. Agent Hardison sent lists and updated us on listed properties, she was patient and informative during the showings that she lead us on. We viewed numerous properties and she provided needed data on school districts, highways, and offer expectations and timing.

Very professional and willing to answer all questions promptly, even late at night. Shows up to properties prior to my arrival. Gives information for inspectors and things needed for home purchases.

Bought a Single Family home in 1912 in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
She sends me daily updates in the areas of & price range of my interest. She has also gone with me for many viewings of properties, and has extensive knowledge & expertise to assist with several offers & purchases of property. She is prompt to respond and her staff is also courteous and helpful.
