Crystal was a wonderful realtor. She immediately set-up a personalized website to help us with our church. She was unfortunately located in just out of our housing search area so we only worked with her on one house.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Indianapolis, IN.
When we decided to sell our home and move closer to our aging parents we were worried about the process b/c our last home sale 7 years ago was such a disaster. We were very hesitant and selective this time around.
We happened upon Crystal b/c she was holding an open house for a similar home in our subdivision. We walked in and got to see her approach with potential buyers in action. She was professional, prepared and easy going. She inquired about our situation and expectations w/o being overbearing.
Crystal worked with a group to sell 2 other homes in our small subdivision when we enlisted her help as our listing agent. We actually met with 3 other agents who also sold homes in our subdivision before deciding on Crystal. The other 3 agents were also very polished and professional. However, they suggested listing our home for up to $30,000 less than our home actually sold for. We were so glad that Crystal suggested a price so close to our appraised value and was working to keep our subdivision priced right...we felt that the other agents were looking to turn a fast sale without giving much attention to the comps.
The process for selling was very smooth as Crystal guideed us along the way.
She also represented us as a buyer for our current home. We saw several homes wiith Crystal and the information she provided us on all of the listings were comprehensive and informative.
We are so fortunate to be in a home we love now and to be closer to our family. We are also grateful for Crystal being so willing to negotiate a great price for us. We have also recommended Crystal to a co-worker who also listed her home with her!

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Indianapolis, IN.
Crystal not only made my husband and I's first time buying a house easy and painless she was helpful in every way. She never minded us calling with any question about a property we were interested in, she was willing to meet us on our schedule no matter the day or time. Crystal made buying our first home a memorable experience and I sincerely miss her lovable, bubbly personality and can't wait to work with her when we decide to sell our house and buy our next!

Bought a home in 2011.
I would highly recommend Crystal if your buying or selling a home. She takes everything you tell her you’re looking for and works hard until she finds it. She answered all of our questions, no matter what time of the night. Sold a home in 2010.
Crystal was so helpful and sold our house fast and for top dollar! We appreciate everything she did for us and will sell more of our properties with her in the future!
