I cannot say enough good things about Jessica Savage. As a first time homebuyer, I really did not know anything about the process of purchasing a home until I was already starting it. Jessica became my buyer's agent by chance, and she helped me through every step of the way. She was always available to communicate via text, email, phone call, or even in-person, no matter what day of the week and what time of day it was. She always answered my questions with honesty and promptness. The Curtin team has quite literally written the book (no exaggeration- they have a published manual for the steps of the process!) on buying a home, and it was so clear to see how well-trained Jessica Savage had been by this team at Keller Williams. So while I only interacted minimally with other members of the Curtin team, I could say with absolute confidence that any one of them would have the expertise necessary to help buyers in this process. A couple of things set Jessica Savage apart from any other buyer's agent, and I was so thankful that it had worked out for her to be mine. First off, Jessica was so respectful of my family members, as I had my mother, father, and even grandfather along at many of the house showings she took me on. She treated each and every member of my family with the utmost respect and valued their opinions, even when they were sometimes too outspoken! Finally, and most importantly for me, Jessica was never out to 'sell' me on any property. She never tried to push or persuade me into doing anything, and SHE was often the one to point out certain things about homes we looked at that I may find undesirable. This was key because I often wasn't aware of some of the things that I would later regret not having or having in my home, and it made me trust her as my real estate representative a lot more. Jessica always made it clear that she didn't care how many houses she had to show me or how long it took to find my home, but that when I finally found the right one, I'd just know, and not to put an offer on anything I didn't love for that reason. In the end, it worked out perfectly and everything from beginning to closing was smooth. I'd HIGHLY recommend Jessica and her team.
