Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Northbrook, IL.Summary:
We were in the market to buy a home, Peter showed us several properties and within a couple of weeks we decided on one. Peter put a lot of pressure on us to make an offer within a specific amount of time. After we made the initial offer, Peter would call us back with a counter offer from the seller, and pressure us to make counter offers higher than we wanted to make and within very short periods of time, for example telling us to call him back within 2 hours. He would use scare tactics like say we were going to lose the property. After going back and forth three times with counter offers, we decided to just wait because we had a set amount that we didn't want to go above. The next day, Peter told us he had made a counter offer on our behalf AGAINST OUR WISHES. He reasoned with us that he had just done this to "keep the negotiations alive." We immediately let him go and found another realtor. To add insult to injury, Peter demanded that the realtor we did use pay him a referral fee. DO NOT use this realtor.…More Less

Peter was not only a pleasure to work with he was very knowledgeable especially in the foreclosure and short sale process.
