Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2010 in Macon, GA.
Have worked with Cyndi in trying to sell my home in Macon. Cyndi worked diligently to try and sell our home; however due to market conditions, selling wasn't happening so she suggested renting our property. We have been very pleased with her efforts in both selling and renting. As the market improves, we will again try to sell our home and we will definitely use Cyndi Ferrell as our agent!!

Bought a home in 2008.
Cyndi referred us to our realtor in Seattle and consulted with us on many facets of buying homes in Southern California, Denver and Park City. She has a great understanding of the strategies and methodologies in real estate, and we feel fortunate to have her as a resource.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Macon, GA.
This was our first home purchase and we were very nerveous. Cyndi was extremely helpful and explained every thing in great detail. She was patient with us and took great care to make sure we were comfortable through the entire process.
We have been in our home a couple weeks now and everything is wonderful. We would definately recommend Cyndi to anyone looking for a professional and caring realestate agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Macon, GA.
Cyndi has been instrumental in helping me find the most home for my money...twice (pre and post divorce). She has outstanding "local" knowledge of area neighborhoods, gives an honest assessment of home condition(s), and is a pitbull in negotiations. I would highly recommend her to anyone...except my ex.
