Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Paradise Valley, Phoenix, AZ.
Very hard worker very fast very responsive and helped me better than 10 other real estate agents I had. Nobody was able to help me get a house within the two months I was looking but cyrus was able to get me the house within a week

Cyrus is a fantastic real estate agent. I would highly recommend him if you are considering buying a house. As many have mentioned, he is very knowledgeable and always tries to be available at a time convenient for you. One thing that impresses me the most is that he cares about you. Any home buyer would know that there are so many details to handle and you can easily forget some. Cyrus remembers everything for you. He reminds you in a timely manner and proactively touches basis with all parties involved to make sure the whole process goes smoothly. We are lucky to have him as our agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ.
I purchased 9 houses in the last 10 years,and I have never dealt with any realtors as Good as Cyrus Ghovanloo. He took a lot of time and patience to get us in our new home
He is extremely Knowledgeable, and patient, i can add the his response time was within minutes, A real Pro. (As you all know, No one will reply to you within hours) Cyrus did , within minutes.
In my opinion he is the best realtor there is in AZ.
As a Matter of fact , I recommended him to my sister, and will continue to recommend him.
If you want your real estate dealing to be painless, Then Cyrus is your man.

Showed home in 2012 in Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ 85310.
Cyrus is a great realtor. He took ALL I our concerns, locations, "must haves" in consideration and mapped them all out. Cyrus worked tirelessly and showed us as many houses as we were willing to look at an never made it feel like we were "bothering" him. If you have an opportunity, give Cyrus a chance. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I am not related to Cyrus....in fact, I did NOT buy a house using the services of Cyrus. We ended up using a family member, but Cyrus is very knowledgable and has great tools to assist anyone in all income brackets in their quest for the perfect home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Deer Valley, Glendale, AZ.
We are not local and leaned heavily on Cyrus' knowledge of the area, home values, market trends, etc. Through the entire selection, negotiation, inspection, and buying process - he was there every step of the way. My husband and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Cyrus, and if we shop for a home in Arizona again, we can't imagine using anyone else to help us.

Cyrus Ghovanloo was truly helpful, professional, understanding, throughout the entire process of selling my property, from the very beginning Cyrus worked with me and made this process so easy... After only two weeks of putting my property on the market, home sold. I feel Cyrus, helped me so much to get the most out of my property, he listed it right away, he took really good photographs, worded it the right way to attract buyers, advised me to my best interest.I feel Cyrus is not only a great realtor, he is also a good person that I can trust and at the end a good friend as well. I am in the process of buying a property now and I'm definitely using Cyrus as my realtor again, I wouldn't trust any other person, I know he will help me with everything he can.
