Bought a home in 2011.
I had been looking on my own for over a year with no results. Cyrus took me out once and found me the perfect apartment. Too bad we got outbid on that one. We went out again and he showed me another place that was even better. he negotiated a great deal me and we closed. Cyrus is a great listener. I am very particular and he was able to see what I wanted cut thru the bs and find me 2 perfect places after a year of searching on my own. Thanks for everything.

Cyrus helped me find a gorgeous home. It has pretty much everything we wanted in a home when we started the search. What I think was the best about him is he was just always available. always. He is an all around great guy. thank you for everything I hope only great things for you.

Bought a home in 2011.
i was amazed at how fast cyrus got the ball rolling on buying my condo. he showed us many apartments and never pushed us or pressured us to act like other people i have had dealings with. when we finally made our decision he worked his magic and my husband and i could not be happier with the results.

Cyrus helped me buy my first condo!! It was an exciting but also a very nerve racking/anxious time for me. He always read my mood well and was able to calm me down with his funny stories (he has a million of them). He is very smart and was the perfect guide for buying a place in the jungle called NYC. 2 Thumbs up.

Bought a home in 2011.
Cyrus did a great job of finding us the perfect apartment. He made himself available pretty much 24/7. I get out of work after 7pm usually and he accommodated us whenever i requested late appointments. We were seeing places with other brokers but there really was no point as the level of service I received from Cyrus put him in an entirely different category altogether. I confidently refer him to all my friends and family knowing they will be in the right hands.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $425K in Old Town, Staten Island, NY.
Fast easy sale of my home thanks to Cyrus. He is definitely a unique character! We were worried about listing my Staten Island house with a Manhattan broker but he came very highly recommended. We had a bit of a complicated situation as we needed to sell in a tight time frame with the buying of our other house. Instead of blowing smoke like many other real estate people we interviewed he gave us a realistic sense of what the markets were doing. I would say his real strength is his negotiating, when we got all parties together it was like something out of a movie! Anyway to make a long story short, 4 days after listing our home we had an all cash buyer that came in right in the range of our asking. We closed in 30 days and seamlessly moved into our new home.
