Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Ellabell, GA.
If there was an option for six stars, Dee would get it from me. Facing a seriously strict set of guidlines, Dee found us a house, and worked with us diligently over every hurdle and obstacle. Her expertise was a treasure. I can endorse her without reservation.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Savannah, GA.
Last year we decided to sell our home in Virginia and move to Savannah. I contacted several realtors via the internet but only 1 responded IMMEDIATELY......Dee Bankston. We chose her as our realtor because of her quick response. However, we soon learned she is much more than just 'quick'. Our home purchase was done completely 'long distance' however, because of Dee's knowledge, expertise and responsiveness, the entire transaction was smooth and easy. I know Dee had other clients at the time, however, her personal attention to every detail and responsiveness to every inquiry made us feel that we were the single most important clients in her life. I know that her other clients felt the same.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Guyton, GA.
Our family moved to Georgia from Kentucky, quite a distance, Dee Bankston took really good care of our needs. She new what we were looking for and what we needed. We looked at numerous houses w/ her and she went out of our way to show us houses on demand. We were very new to the buying market and did not know what to expect. Dee helped with all the questions and answers we needed. We bought a home and could not be more satisfied with the experince we have had working with her. She can just about find you anything you need and help you. After 1 month of purchasing our home, she is still helping us out with questions and needs.
