SFR Certification

Short sales, foreclosures and REO's are a part of our reality today.  In view of that, I recently completed the required courses for an SFR (short sales, foreclosures and bank owned properties) certification.  I wanted to be sure that I was in a position of knowledge, should anyone I work with need to follow this path. I also obtained NAID certification in order to assist buyers with purchases of HUD owned properties. With this advanced education I am confident that I can be of service to sellers and buyers in the SFR market.  Some helpful definitions/descriptions:

GREEN Certification

Energy efficiency, conservation, natural and organic are all topics that interest me.  So, I decided to add another dimension to my real estate practice. To that end, in October, I committed to a 3-day training for which I am now GREEN certified by the National Association of Realtors. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Southbury, CT.

Dorothy helped us stage our house in ways that I would never have thought of to attract just the right buyers. She was available any time we needed her and was very professional in every aspect. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Southbury, CT.

Dorothy is great to work with. As our realtor, she seamlessly lead us through the process during our recent Southbury home sale. The pictures she took of our home and displayed on line were amazing.
