Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $725K in The Palisades, Washington, DC.

We were relatively new to the DC Metro Area and had been exploring different areas prior to make a decision to buy our home. We were not clear of what we wanted. Vlad was great, he took us to various neighborhoods and allowed us to explore. He was always patient giving us advice regarding the pros and cons of different choices.

He is also a great listener which becomes an asset because he was always in-sync with our needs.

When we made the choice he was fundamental in the negotiations, letting us know on what to ask for and helping us achieve a great deal. He was always involved throughout the whole process, he helped us find a great lender. Rosina & Vlad are knowledgeable, experienced and a really nice person to work with.

Sold a Condo home in 2004 for approximately $325K in Fairfax, VA.

Rosina , was professional, helpful, and very nice.     She did an absolutely wonderful job providing an immediate response  to our questions and doubts.    She did go above and beyond to make sure that our  home buying process was smooth and stress free.   She has kept in touch with us after we closed , she always calls, email or send us a post card  to make sure that we are doing great.    She is amazing and we are very happy  we were able to work with her.  More Less

Bought a home in 2014.

Rosina was very responsive and got things done quickly. She also made some good suggestions regarding home inspectors and contractors. This was the first time I bought a home from HUD, and I needed to close quickly. There were a couple of snags along the way, but Rosina was very proactive in trying to make sure that I could close as quickly as possible. One thing that I was not aware of was that all of the utilities had been turned off, and it took 3 days to turn everything back on. I did not realize this until only about a week before the HUD deadline for the home inspection, so that was a bit of a scramble. It would have been nice to know about that sooner in the process, but everything still got done in time. The other thing we missed is that my unit is right below the common room. I didn't bother to look at the building amenities and so didn't realize that until after I moved in. It's not a huge deal since no one is usually there, but it would have been nice to know that before the purchase. Aside from those items, Rosina was on top of everything, and I would definitely work with her again.  More Less
