Greatly valuable in narrowing down the DC neighborhoods, type of residence and individual choice of homes. (2) Thoroughly understood not only the real estate aspects of the purchasing process, but also was very familiar with the details of the mortgage approval process and subsequent complications. (3) Based on my selection criterial and priorities, they were able to execute multiple searches, each resulting in various property options. (4) Were quick to response even when on vacation, and ensure that others we depended on also responded in a timely manner (seller, lender, appraiser, Title Company, etc.). Successfully negotiated on my behalf a reduction in the sales price along with seller paying substantial amount of closing costs. Also, got us some concessions on home inspection issues, and was able to extend our original closing date.
