Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Zephyrhills, FL.
I cant imagine another realtor being more knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful than Denise. She helped me and my fiance find the perfect home for us in the area we wanted. She worked with our time schedule in showing us homes and was very responsive at all times of the day. While we were waiting to close on our home, she went on a cruise for vacation with her family and was still sending emails and even called us from the ship to give us an update on our loan status. That kind of service is rare in this industry. I would highly recommend Denise if you are buying or selling a home. Wonderful realtor! Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I found the home of my dreams! She would go out of her way to show me houses around my schedule, even at 9:00 at night. She provided guidance and support every step of the way, even if it was just lending advice to this first time home buyer. Because of Denise the home buying process was completely seamless, with no major stressful bumps in the road.
