SAVE MONEY WHEN SELLING:

Helping the For Sale By Owner and any property seller save a good portion of the commission when selling a home. Many start with only the MLS input to increase traffic and activity, often times attracting a buyer. The seller can decide what commission they wish to pay to a buyer''s agent, there is nothing written in stone. If a buyer is represented by an agent, sometimes that agent is willing to do everything necessary for both parties, buyer and seller, to close the transaction. But, more often the company or broker of that agent will not allow them to do so, or act as a dual agent. If this is the case we can represent the seller in first responding to the offer (please see our website, second page), then helping the seller through all the aspects of an escrow, disclosures, inspections, renegotiations after repair request, loan coordination, title, etc., for $800.

NO OTHER AGENT:

If the seller is fortunate enough to attract a buyer without an agent, we can do all aspects of the entire transaction from confirming the qualifications of the buyer with their lender, drafting the offer, and everything necessary to close for only $1500. Compare this to an average 6% commission on a $400,000 home of $24,000.

REBATES TO BUYERS :

When helping buyers purchase a home not listed by us we normally pay most if not all of the closing costs. Out of our commission paid by the sellers, we return up to 2% of the price towards the closing costs. This can vary with the amount we are paid, but the extra $4,000-$10,000 can help a great deal when it comes time to close.
