Denise is a Pennsylvania native and has lived in the Philadelphia area for over 10 years.  As a graduate of West Chester University, Denise moved to Center City in 2004, where she began her career as a property manager for a large investment firm.  Managing multiple properties, Denise built the framework for her career, developing knowledge of the industry and most importantly a passion for real estate. Shortly after, Denise displayed her commitment by focusing on real estate sales and rentals and is now a seasoned agent with many satisfied clients.

Denise believes that successful real estate transactions come about as a result of clear & open communications, particularly around the needs and expectations of her clients and the market conditions.  Every client has unique circumstances, needs and requirements; Denise is dedicated and receptive allowing her to fully understand the wants and needs of every client she works with.

She believes you must be proactive in the process, anticipating obstacles that could come up while having a strategy in place to support her clients if changes occur. 

While others might push a client to quickly make a choice, in order to move on to the next client, Denise urges her clients to think it through carefully before making a decision. She is supportive and sensitive and is willing to discourage a choice if she sees trouble ahead.  Denise willingly points out issues that could affect her clients' welfare in the future, along with the other reasons why a home would or would not work to fulfill their dreams, or where home "improvements" may not increase saleability. Denise sees this cautionary care and lack of pressure as the right way to treat clients.
