Debi & Dan were wonderfull to work with. Three days after the open house a buyer was interested in seeing the house but could not make it during the scheduled open house. Debi arranged a convient time for them to see the house and even with that they were late and she was still willing to accomadate their schedule. Had the home sold in 4 days with a quick escrow. They made the experience very seamless and smooth as they met all inspection personel and doing all the leg work. Could highly recommend them to anyone.

We have purchased a number of homes over the years - without a doubt, working with Debi and Dan Valentino was the BEST experience we have ever had! We were purchasing a vacation home in Palm Springs and had looked at various websites for about a year prior. During a visit to Palm Springs, we saw a listing for an open house and decided on the spur-of-the-moment to go. There we met Debi (listing agent) and her brother Dan (owner/seller of the property). From the moment we arrived, they were polite, courteous and professional. The open house had already ended, but they gave us all the time we wanted to wander through the property - best of all they were hands off - remaining at a distance until we engaged in conversation. Debi answered all of our questions and when we asked if we could come back and see the house again that evening, she immediately and warmly invited us to return. Again, she let us take all the time we wanted and made herself available to answer any/all questions. As we wrapped up that evening, I asked her if it would be a conflict for her to represent her brother as the listing agent as us as the buyers should we decide to go forward. She put us completely at ease and was true to her word every step of the way throughout the negotiations. I should add, we did this all over the phone, via email and text. I returned for the house inspection - and it was like I was greeting an old friend!

Whatever We and Debi discussed regarding the agreement of sale, we always felt as if we were the only party in the transaction - an amazing testament to Debi considering Dan is her business partner and brother. Speaking of Dan - let me say a few words about what a fair negotiator and responsible home owner he was in this transaction. When it was all said and done, we felt as if it was a true win/win for both of us. No one took advantage of the other and both respected the others point-of-view. A true professional. Closing was also handled remotely and Debi manged the process brillantly! My lender and escrow company were not always as responsive as we would have liked. Debi stepped in and through her innate diplomacy was able to ensure that every request and detailed were handled with the utmost care. Once again - a true professional. On the evening we arrived to take occupancy of the house, traffic delayed us by hours. Debi stayed in touch, made sure we had the keys and even had dinner waiting for us in the fridge. Dan left a card too - welcoming us to the neighborhood and inviting us to meet many of our new neighbors at his holiday party the following night! WOW... Debi and Dan Valentino are everything people say they are and more... news friends in Palm Springs! If anyone is considering buying or selling property in the Palm Springs area - talk to Debi and Dan. You'll be nothing but glad that you did!
