Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Chelsea, MA.
They did exactly what they said they were going to do, which in todays market, is rare. They achieved above asking for one property we were selling and asking for the other. Even outside of that, they were incredibly easy to deal with, responsive and communicative. Even when the deal was under offer, they still stayed with the process right the way through to the end and took ownership of many small, but important issues/details. Maybe we got lucky with the offers, maybe it was down to their marketing and sales engines, who knows. But I put a high value on basic relationship as well which they certainly offer.

Arthur was always available to offer advice and to be helpful. Scott and I did appreciate it very much.
I did find it difficult to deal with strictly computer signatures, etc......there is something about human connections when spending thousands of dollars.
However, I realize that technology is here to stay. In spite of it, Arthur was very helpful when needed.
I still feel we should have been able to get the plumbing issues repaired..the washer is useless until repaired!

Arthur helped me buy my first home recently and couldn't have been more help. I had been talking with him for at least a year in my home buying process. I had very specific credentials I was looking for and he was patient with me until I found the right one. Once I did, he helped me move quickly and secure the home in a market where houses were turning around in hours, let alone days. We acted fast, got paperwork together and before I knew it, I was moving in.
He stayed in contact with me throughout the process and was there when I needed questions answers. He really did provide around the clock service.
I will certainly be using DNA Realty for my next home purchase and have already recommended him to my friends for guidance through their home buying experiences
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Peabody, MA.
I am a real estate investor working in the North Shore. I recently purchased a house in Peabody that Arthur found for me. i will tell you it was great working with him on this deal. His experience and professionalism is greatly appreciated and wasvnecessary on this one. I know it would have been very difficult if not impossible to get to the closing table with out his hard work. We are just about to close another deal on 4/23. As an investor I run in to agents who don't understand what a real estate investor does. They only understand the retail real easte market. Dave and Arthur(DNA) understand my buisness!
Buying a home is one thing but selling is another. I believe DNA beat all expectations in this area. They are straight shooters when they price your property. They won't promise a furtune only to tell you you are over price and have to cut your price. The set a good price and sell your house quick and clean.
Keep it up,

Sold a Multi Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Lawrence, MA.
Hi my name is Linda and David was referred to me by a friend. Me & my sibling's have been trying to convince our farther to sell his 4 generation home for the past 2yrs. In January 2012 my farther decided to meet with David & Arthur, well he was so impressed with there proposal he signed with them the same day. My sister and I were shocked! My farther had high expectations for what he wanted for the house. David & Arthur didn't make any promises but assured him that they would come close if not equal or greater value. Well they achieved it plus $1,000.00 extra added on to the price. My farther was impressed and excited he couldn't wait to sign on the 29th of March. With great sadness he was not able to see this deal through he unexpectedly passed on the 28th. We were able to sell his house anyways Thanks to the help of a lot of people. Both David & Arthur showed so much support through this difficult time I can honestly say my farther appreciate everything they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to use them as a Realtor.
Thank You Both for Everything

They are destined for nothing short of greatness...and Are every bit of deserving of such The responsibility...
My husband and I met David thru John Magazzu (another fantastic real estate agent with deep real estate expertise). We just closed on our first home in Andover last week and could not be more excited. Being first time home buyers we needed a lot more hand holding and advice than most buyers would need. I cannot say enough good things about John and David. Ours was a very long search - started in June and closing at the end of Nov. John and David were there for us every step of the way. They were prompt in answering our questions (and we had many!) and always available to show us houses at our convenience. Since my husband and I both work full-time, this meant many evenings and weekends looking at properties. They let us take our time with making our decision, never pushing, but making sure we had all the information we needed to make up our minds.
They are great negotiators and we got the house at the right price. They went above and beyond and took care of a couple of items with house repair the sellers refused to do to close the deal because they knew it was important to us.
I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for anyone looking for professionals with a great attitude, negotiating skills and customer service.
Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Dorchester, MA.
Where to begin with how awesome these guys are...? I had worked with David some years ago in his past profession as one of the best barber/stylists in Boston when he was highly sought after for his skills, professionalism, perfectionism, and attention to detail; I learned a lot of valuable tricks from him in my own trade of cutting hair. I had lost touch with him for a while as he focused on making his career change, but he was the first person I contacted for advice when I was considering buying a home. To give you an idea of how fast these guys work: I wrote David on 6/7/12 and I closed on my property on 9/28/12. I still have a hard time wrapping my head around how quickly they made things happen, and how enjoyable (dare I say fun) they made what might otherwise have been a very tedious and nerve-wracking process. David and his brother Arthur have an earnest, unforced camaraderie with everyone they deal with and one never gets the sense that they're out for themselves - rather, they always have the best interests of their clients in mind first and foremost. They kept in constant contact with me throughout the process and made invaluable recommendations that saved me a lot of time and money. My initial goal was to buy a multi-family for rental income purposes, and after having two offers accepted and having to walk away after the home inspections, they found me a condo more realistically suited to my needs and current financial situation that will enable me to more easily purchase income property in the future. I couldn't be more thrilled with the property they found for me (not to mention the price they negotiated it down to!). Had they not been looking out for my best interests I very well would have found myself way over my head dealing with costly repairs, and instead I'm now in a stunning, fully-renovated condo that makes me feel like a millionaire. I think anyone else would've not taken the time or had the patience and would have just gone for the quick score; these guys are clearly in this business for the long haul and value customer satisfaction over their own short-term gains. They're both always constantly reading self-improvement books about business, sales, finance etc. and they've clearly taken what they've learned to heart. It's hard to not get caught up in the excitement and passion they bring to their work, which is apparently 24/7; days, nights, weekends, they're always available with a quick response. Another reviewer noted that they showed properties on the 4th of July, which speaks volumes to their dedication. I also can't remember the last time I laughed so much; they bring a levity to any situation that shows their level of expertise. I fully trusted them to take control of every step in the process, and they more than surpassed my expectations. They've assembled a particularly excellent team of colleagues including Elisa Balboni at Residental Mortgage Services and Jessica Prince, Esq. at Dalton & Finegold who were a joy to work with, who anticipated every detail and smoothed over any rough patches along the way. I really can't say enough glowing words about David and Arthur or recommend them highly enough. Now that I've moved in to my place, I'm surprised to find myself missing going to look at properties with them, and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Randolph, MA.
My wife and I were first introduced to Arthur and David by our Loan Officer. I can not begin to thank her enough for giving us the best realtors possible. I first contacted David a few days before the 4th of July and told him a few houses I wanted to look at. Expecting to go look at the houses the following week, I was surprised when David called me to go look at houses ON July 4th. After his quick response to get us looking at houses I knew it was going to be a great process. After looking at a bunch of houses all within a few weeks we found one we really loved. David promised to get us the house, and not only did he get us the house he got it at an unbelievable price. Arthur and David's negotiating skills are unmatched and their professionalism is amazing. They are always a short call, or in my case text message away. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house.
