Summary:

From the posting of the photographs of the house and listing to the MLS, to negotiating with the buyers agent, Mrs Maticic performed her duties in an admirable, professional and cinscientious fashion. She always kept me updated with all comments that were made during the showing of the property by the various agents and was very effective in negotiating the final sale price with the buyer's agent. I was born and raised in Neunkirchen, Austria, a town the size of Jacksonville, NC. I have always been interested in traveling so after finishing college I headed west but didn’t get much further than the Austrian Alps. Two years later I picked up my bags again and headed further west to never-resting New Orleans, LA. I quickly found I was in love with this country, which was followed by falling in love with a US Marine who brought me to beautiful and friendly Jacksonville, NC.

Given my background I not only know the struggles of moving around the globe, but can also relate to the challenges of adjusting to new cultures, customs, and even languages.
