Awful. Far off on closing price. Didn't negotiation at all for repairs that I wanted. Only wanted to sell the home. Bad advice the entire home buying process. I've never purchased a home before, but this was not a smooth process. Basically did nothing but write a contract. Did not show up for closing. Used profanity when dealing with my lender. Wouldn't recommend.
This client became very verbally abusive and increasingly harassing. One of the first was when he emailed me that I told him to wait to finance his new carpet for my own selfish motives. I receive no compensation from Home Depot when, carpet is ordered. He was told by the lender, in writing, to not finance the carpet until after closing. "Closing Price",- I do not quote closing costs. Those fees come from the lender. I DID use A curse word in conversation with the original processor. After he experienced many negative experiences with the processor, I called and had his loan escalated. The repairs in the amendment are what the buyer asked for and signed and agreed to. I even encouraged repairs. I spoke with this client almost daily for 2 months.Closings are scheduled for clients. Agents do not have a role in closing. I did let the client know I would not go with him. This client did ask about me helping them with other homes, just days ago, and I declined.
