Dale has been a great guy to work with. I was his first VA Loan home buyer.
He didn't have a lot of experience at the time but that did not stop him
from becoming an expert in a short amount of time. He learned the process
quickly and made our purchase seamless. I contacted him from Alaska where I
was stationed and was moving to the Twin Cities. He had homes for us to view
when we arrived. Dale was not pushy and found us only homes that we wanted
to look at and within our budget. I referred several friends to him and he
found home for everyone of them. I highly recommend him to anyone looking

Great Agent! I came into contact with Dale from Omaha, NE. Relocating out of state and buying a home should have been stressful, Dale put an ease to all of the stresses. We traveled up expecting to take the full weekend to look for homes with Dale. He set us up with a website weeks before so he could get an idea of what our wants and needs were. When we arrived he had streamlined our choices into an easy to follow trip of house hunting.
