Dale was very helpful with our situation. We looked three different times, over two years. Different situations arose that caused us to have to stop looking. Dale didn't get frustrated or annoyed with us during this time. He never tried to force a house on us that we were not fond of. Actually it was opposite. He found a few problems with a couple houses we would have never spotted on our own. He also negotiated us a great deal on the house we ended up buying. I would recommend Dale to anyone I know.

Dale is the best realtor I've used! We had a real unusual situation, in that the buyer moved into our house on the contingency of their house selling and would buy ours. Well, things worked out where their house finally sold, then they changed their mind on ours and wanted to only rent. We didn't want to rent it out, so the buyers moved out. Dale did get his commision, as he did his job, so I can't blame him. Fortunately for us, he had all the correct language in the temporary rental deal to make it easy to get it back on the market.
