Dale was our agent during the sale of our upscale home in Summerlin. We felt very lucky to have him as an agent. Communication was excellent during the six months that our home was on the market, and he invested alot of his time, energy, and money up front to make sure that every avenue was taken to insure that our home was presented well. That included advertising, great professional photos and endless showings. In the end we were able to get top dollar in the market and the entire process went smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend Dale as an agent for any of your Real Estate needs. While we no longer live in Las Vegas, I would not hesitate to use Dale as our agent again.
