Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Dover, FL.
Dale recently helped us to both sell and purchase. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dale is very knowledgeable of the area and an expert in the industry. He works hard to meet his clients needs and more than exceeded our expectations. We ran into a few challenges along the way but Dale worked through them and always advocated for us as his clients. I would highly recommend Dale!

Mr. Hunter is an incredibly knowledgeable, patient and reliable realtor. He has an uncanny ability to stay calm, keep his clients calm and remain focused on the task at hand. I would highly recommend Mr. Hunter to my friends and colleagues.

Bought a home in 2010.
Dale was very helpful and thorough in handling our short sale. He estimated the time it would take to handle all the paperwork and processing, and then beat his estimate, getting bank approval and completed documentation in record time. He also kept us updated throughout the process and even helped with final details to secure condo parking spaces.
