I can not say enough good things about Dan. He was concerned about not only selling our house and getting the best price possible, but he showed concern for me as a daughter having to sell her parent's home under emotional circumstances. He went out of his way to assist me with every step, even contacting me several times while he was on vacation. He was able to find a buyer and sell the house within 3 weeks of having it on the market. That's practically unheard of in our current economy. I would not hesitate referring him to anyone needing to buy or sell a home, nor would I hesitate contacting him if I ever need his services again.
