Dan did a amazing job in selling our home. First, he helped us get our home ready for the market with tips for de-cluttering as well as a little painted here and there. After finishing his “homework”, he went to work on his marketing which including special feature cards, full color flyers, dedicated web page, etc. (bar none, the best around). Out home went under contract immediately after coming on the market (for more than we listed it for) and I have no doubt the buyers were attracting by Dan’s excellent marketing.

I found Dan on Angie's List and contacted him based on his excellent reviews from other buyers. I was an out of town buyer and unfamiliar with a lot of areas but luckily Dan knew a lot about the different neighborhoods of South St. Louis City. Although the negotiation were tough, I ended up with the house I wanted at a better price than expected. I recommend Dan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Selling a house is all about marketing and Dan marketed my house extremely well. I had my home on the market with another realtor for 4 months before switching and employing Dan. At the first open house Dan held, more people showed to view my home than had viewed the house in the previous 4 months. Within a month of listing with Dan I had an offer on my house and I closed on it the following month. Dan was a pleasure to work with, he knew the area and the market around my house. He took the time to explain things to me and would always respond to my questions promptly. I would highly recommend using Dan if you are selling a home in south city.

Dan was simply great. He was on top of the process from the start and really connected with us and our needs as well as working through a sticky negotiation as he was representing both us as buyers as well as the seller. We were previously working with another agent who did not seem to be a good fit for us. We parted ways and hired Dan as our buyer's agent after meeting him at an open house he was hosting. We saw quite a few homes together before we decided to make an offer on one of Dan's listings.

Dan Brassil sold our house in 31 days and for pretty much the price we wanted!

We knew that selling our house would be a challenge as it was an older home and was on a busy street. Our house was too large for a single couple and we thought that a family with children would be reluctant of the location and indeed many were. We sought out a Realtor with creative marketing ideas that somewhat specialized in older homes with a lot of character. We found Dan on Angie's list and the reviews could not have been better.

Dan and his crew at Circa are not your run of the mill list it on MLS and depend on your group of friends to help sell the house Realtors. They truly did have a creative marketing plan. Our house even had its own web site! The amount of pictures that they took and posted on line along with the full color brochures complete with floor plan was like nothing I have ever seen before. Their work is incredible. They even placed little placards on stands throughout the house highlighting special features of the house and neighborhood. The walk through appeal of the house on open house day was amazing, we were even impressed at how good our own home looked. Another special touch was the letter from us to the potential buyers where we got to gush about all of the love and good times that dwelt within the walls of that house. It really helped us with the transition and with turning the page on that part of our lives and was an unexpected personal touch for the Buyers. I feel like that letter forever connects us with that house

Dan was completely professional and supportive all along the way. We really felt that he was in control and knew what he was doing and that he was doing all that he could be doing. He was very assuring and calm when we began to get discouraged from some of the feedback. It seemed that he never had any doubt that he could sell the house.

So if you dont care and want to just use whatever realtor your Brother's Neighbor's Cousin used that's fine, you get what you get. But if you are reading this because you are doing research and looking for the best Realtor that you can find. Dan Brassil is your Man

Sold a home in 2013.

Dan is excellent. I have previously worked with two other agents and was not satisfied. As such, my husband and I tried to sell our home ourselves with no luck. After researching agents online, we decided to give Dan a try. We immediately liked him. He just talked frankly about what we needed to do, and then explained what he was going to do. And Dan did everything that he said he would. There were a few complications at the beginning and Dan was extremely responsive and aggressive in addressing (and correcting) the issues. His dedicated efforts sold our home within one month....something we had been trying to do for two years! I highly recommend Dan and his team for selling your home.

I also recommend Dan for home purchasing. While out home shopping, my husband and I saw the floor layouts and room sizes and all of the various aspects that we liked/didn't like. Dan, however, was AWESOME at pointing out things we missed about the structure and well-being of the home. He was once again honest and frank about what he was seeing, and not opinionated. This gave us an immediate sense of trust with Dan because it was clear he was interested in helping us find a good home that would grow in value over time.

The last thing I can say about Dan is he navigates the emotions of home selling/buying very well. There were strong emotions on both sides and Dan was great about staying neutral and continuing to lead both sides towards resolution.
