Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Menifee, CA.
After working with another agent and firing them for their pushy negative attitude, my fiancé and I met with Ricki and it was a night and day difference. She listened to what we wanted and took the time to go out and find it. She was always in communication with us sharing what she had found and setting appointments for others that we had found. Do to the market at the time it took some time to get into our first place, but she was there every step of the way. Thanks again Ricki, it was a breath of fresh air working with you!

My family and I are relocating to the Temecula area so we put our feelers out online (realtor.com) to find someone to work with. In Colorado we were very spoiled and had a wonderful realtor that we used exclusively. We are not complainers, in fact, I own a business so I totally understand how reviews online can hurt a business owner and just for the record I NEVER LEAVE THEM because of this fact. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience and I would suggest using ANYONE else but her. For me to write a review should show just how bad this was. We sent her an email telling her that she was not a good fit for us. Never were we rude, never did we 'judge' her. We just fired her as we expect that if you are going to make 6% off of us we would hope you would be our cheerleader. Go to bat for us, actually listen to what we want and find it for us. She did none of this. All of the homes we love we found. We didn't get that so we had to move on. This is the attacking email we got in return. We will gladly share the email we sent to her too so you can see what we sent was not rude at all. This is the unprofessional response we got in return.
This is a portion of her email to me (the customer).
Wow!! You have a lot of nerve to send me such a RUDE email. How dare you judge me when you do not even know me or how I conduct my business. I have worked as a Realtor for over 16 years and have the highest concern for my clients. YOU are the one who made the mistake with the tour date. Not me!
We hired her never meeting her as, of course, we live out of state. So her son called and said they are a family owned business so naturally we said Hired! We also have a family ran business so we wanted to hire them. Because it was an out of state thing it was more complex of a situation but we gave her homes we liked and she called on our behalf. We thought that we had set up a time to meet with her on Tuesday (when we got into California) but it was our mistake. It was for Wednesday. Luckily she had her partner take us to the home but then we never heard anything from her. The following day the one house we did see we wanted to put in an offer on. We told her what price we wanted to offer and all she did was argue about how it was too low and the seller expects full price. Aren't they suppose to be on our side? So I sent her a list of reasons why as it was our understanding she never saw the property so maybe she didn't know all the issues with it. Her response again was full price, full price. It made us think she knew the seller or knew the realtor selling it as this was strange to say the least.
Bottom line is she is not responsive, doesn't listen to your needs, and if you want to find your dream home you will have to find it yourself! Then deal with her sending unprofessional, threatening emails when you decide to hire someone else. There are many other people to hire. I suggest hiring them!
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Moreno Valley, CA.
Working with Dan LoCascio and Ricki Geary has been just a fantastic experience!
(Payman Hamed: First-time buyer; bought a house in Moreno Valley April 2013)
As a first time home-buyer this was my most important purchase and every single step of the process was considered a sensitive/top priority matter to me…I wanted to see my realtor treat my house hunt as a sensitive priority as well…… Dan really delivered above and beyond any expectation!!
You will feel the difference if you have worked with another realtor other than Dan LoCascio….My realtor before Dan was a good realtor too but he did not work on Sundays and I believe most of the real estate showings and other activities have to be scheduled for Saturday and Sunday and especially in this competitive market as a buyer you would really need to be aggressive and quick and your realtor must be as aggressive and as quick. I can’t describe how much I feel lucky that I found Dan and his team after I decided not to continue working with my first agent.
Here are the bullet points of what Dan did that made me a winner:
- Dan did not treat my sensitive purchase as one of his day-to-day regular jobs; in fact, he was with me every single day walking me through every step
- Dan was ALWAYS on top of his emails (usual email response time: 20-45 minutes); his follow ups were 24/7 no matter if it was weekend, early morning, late evening....
- Dan acted SUPER QUICK! He introduced me to “Docusign” (docusign.com) This is an “INTERNET-BASED OFFER SIGNING” system that is a real game-winner! Some days we had to submit several offers to sign and I guarantee without “Docusign” there would have been no way doing this the old fashion way (i.e. print/sign/scan/email/submit).
- Dan’s expert advises were just phenomenon! He calmed me down whenever I was panicking too much on an unimportant matter; at the same time, he highlighted the important little details that otherwise I would have missed or underestimated.
If you are a prospective first time home buyer (like I was a couple of months ago), do yourself a favor and ask Dan to help you; you will never regret that you did so:-)
I am going to refer my friends and family to him and his team… I am also planning to buy investment properties in future; I am going to ask Dan to help me with that too.

Beth really went the extra mile. She is an honest and hardworking person that treats you like family all the time. Beth LoCascio helped us find our home in Hemet in 2009 for around $120K after checking more tahn 25 houses in Menifee, Murrieta and Hemet. She was able to connect us with a Lender that approved our credit after being in the USA for only 2 years. We are currently looking into our next home in Murrieta and Beth is helping us out. Thank you for the unsurpassed personal attention Beth! Rod Elizondo

Beth LoCascio was the best realtor we have ever worked with! We felt comfortable with her right away and trusted her to help us find just the right home. She was available when we needed her (and that was often!) and she was very knowledgeable about the market and homes in the area we chose. She was always ready and willing to help us and made the whole real estate experience much easier. We highly recommend her!
We thanked our lucky stars the day we found Ricki Geary. She was the best realtor, helpful in every way. She was showed us many houses and was endlessly patient. We could trust her opinion about houses and areas and trust her to help us through the piles of paperwork. She went way above and beyond what the other realtors we have dealt with in the past have done.

The experience was totally awesome! It was like shopping with family and friends the entire time. My first impression was a lasting one, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Their after purchase assistance is also "top shelf". They provided all the information I needed to get settled in my new neighborhood, and that meant a lot to me moving from Yokohama, Japan.
Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in Hemet, CA.
My husband and I wandered into the Great Western Real Estate office in Murrieta after seeing some interesting properties posted on the front window. Ricki Geary was working at the front desk and we described what kind of home we were looking for. She went into action immediately, tirelessly showing us everything we were interested in and never making us feel like we were taking up too much of her time or making her work too hard. Her first interest seemed only to be to make us happy.
She was energetic and fun and helpful in every way she could be. We ended up making a great deal on a home we love.
Not only was Ricki wonderful, but Beth LoCascio was helpful with some issues that came up, as well.
When my best friend moved to the area from out of state I recommended Ricki. Ricki and Beth are generous, decent people you can trust.
