My name is Dan Sandweg and I will help you identify potential problems with your new home as well as help you become fimiliar with its features.

I am a 10 year Fenton resident.

I perform ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Certified Home Inspections that provide peace of mind.

A complete narrative style report with photos will follow the inspection.

I am thorough and informative. I encourage the buyer to be at the inspection to ask questions.

Any additional services including Radon Testing, Termite Inspections, and Sewer Lateral Camera Inspections will be done during the home inspection.
