Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in New Braunfels, TX.

He was very responsive to any question or concern that we had and had great ideas to share with us. When we finally found the perfect home a few cities away, Dan jumped right on-board and helped us to quickly put the house under contract.

Dan is incredibly professional, super helpful, knowledgeable, and very dependable. He gave very useful advice, and really looked out for us in every aspect. When others were slow to communicate, one phone call to him and he was able to get information when I was unable to. He is one who says what he does and does what he says. I HIGHLY recommend him. Bought a Single Family home in 2007 in San Antonio, TX.
How do you know Dan Armstrong and for how long? We (my husband and I) met
Dan when we were looking for a house in San Antonio and sent a request for
additional information to the realtor of record, him. This was in the fall
of 2007.
What impressed you about Dan Armstrong? Of all the requests for additional
information we sent, Dan was the only one who responded with an actual
personal email and, from that time on, no matter what we asked of him, he
responded quickly and completely. He did a lot of research in an area of the
city he was less familiar with and sent us information on homes he thought
we might be interested in. All of this without a contract. When we came to
San Antonio to look for a home, he met with us and drove us all over the
city for 2 days, talking with builder representatives and listening to our
concerns, answering questions, etc. He was very interested in us getting the
home we wanted. When we changed direction on him and wanted to start looking
in a different area, he never missed a beat; just took us into new areas and
helped ensure we got the best home for us.
What would you say if recommending Dan Armstrong to your friends? First, we
have recommended him to everyone we know who has shown interest in buying a
home. We have told them how dedicated and professional he is and that we
would use him again in a minute. Dan is one-of-a-kind in my opinion and
truly deserves our recommendation.
Basically, I believe Dan went above and beyond in his effort to help us find a home and has kept in contact with us, from Christmas cards to periodic emails providing us with updates about the housing market and/or government incentives that we were able to share with others who were looking for a home. If/when we decide to sell our current home, we won’t consider using anyone but Dan Armstrong.…More Less
