Bought a home in 2011.
Dan was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was always available for questions and was very patient with a first time home buyer. I found him to be extremely honest and trustworthy and I would highly recommend him as an agent to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $625K in Anaheim Hills, Anaheim, CA.
Dan was our second agent. We decided to change after having some issues on a potential purchase that ultimately feel apart. Going after a short sale presented it's own set of unique circumstances and Dan walked us through the ups and downs. He came through when the deal started to go hay wire. He fought for this house and for the best deal and through his skill and perseverance, he made it happen. We could not be happier with the way Dan walked us through this sale and can't wait to move into our new house.
