Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Mooresville, NC.
Dan did a good job. It was a good experience overall and I really love my new home. So look up Dan he will work with you even if you need time to get your things in order to start looking.That is really all I want to say but this thing says I have to at least write 150 words and I am not a real wordy person to begin with so I am just filling in the words really Dan is one of those "Good O Boys" he will treat you right. . I hope I about got the 150 words now. Thank you

Bought a home in 2012.
Dan is very knowledgable about the entire process. He pays close attention to details, especially with those things I would not have thought of. He works hard and was always willing to work around my schedule. He remained available and willing to help with things even after the closing. I would absolutey recommend him to anyone is the house buying/selling process.

My husband and myself have moved more than several times. Dan is by far the
best realtor we have ever worked with. He went through the home with us and looked just as we would would. He was so helpful with pointing things out that we didn't see. So very imformative, professional, kind and helpful way beyond what
we expected. Great guy.Would recommend him to anyone, anywhwere, anytime!

Great communication, knows what to look for when checking out a house, very knowledgeable on the actual buying and selling process. We were first time home buyers and he helped us sail through the whole process smoothly. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Dan did great job observing our reactions to each house and made it easier to decide what house we liked best. He was patient and understanding to our needs. He has great communication skills while following up with each parties involved buying a home. I would recommend him to a friend or family member.

Dan jones is a true professional who will far surpass your expectations of a real estate agent, making anyone else pale in comparison. His level of expertise, dedication and knowledge is unmatched, always keeping his clients first and foremost in mind and educated in the home selling or buying process. He is easy to talk to, communicative and networks to get the most possible information in order for you to make a well educated and comfortable decision, no matter what the case.
Since we moved across the country, Dans knowledge of the communities, developments and schools was key in being able to find the perfect house; perfect for us. He and his team (Teng and Gwen) made every step of the way, from the search to the closing, easy with a successful outcome.

Dan was so great. He really excelled all my expections. He was able to refer me to all the right people, and I was able to close on my first home in a timely manner with no "hiccups". Dan was the best agent we've ever had the pleasure of working with. We relocated to Charlotte almost 2 years ago and were put in touch with Dan. He worked tirelessly on our behalf to find us a home that met everyone's wants and needs. Whether that meant driving from one house to another all Saturday or researching new properties well into the night, Dan was always going the extra mile. His attention to detail and his thoroughness were well appreciated by all. Even today he checks in from time to time to make sure we're still doing well or drop a gift off for our kids.
