Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Scioto Woods, Columbus, OH.

We had our house set to go on the market on a Friday and some paperwork got misplaced, so we ended up taking the sign down and getting it on the market on that following Monday. A couple that saw the sign on Friday came through on the following Tuesday and made an offer. The house sold quick, which was a good thing, however, I didn't feel that we really got the value of our home out of the sale. Dana was very motivated to sell and we did get the house sold. The process moved along smoothly, although we did have a few communication issues. Nothing major, I just needed to send repeat emails and things like that. Otherwise we are good, and moved into our new home.

Dana was very helpful from the start. She gave advice about what I should do to get my house ready to sell. Dana was very knowledgeable about price range that my house should be listed at and the reason for that selling price made sense.
