I had the pleasure of meeting Dana at an open house. I was immediately drawn to her and hired her to be my real estate agent. She was patient and explained the processes perfectly and highly recommend her to anybody.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Orchard Park, NY.
Dana is simply amazing!! Honestly, if your looking for a real estate agent, look no further! Dana not only sold our home in just two weeks, she also found us our dream home immediately! When selling our home, Dana did her homework. She went above and beyond what we asked. Her level of communication exceeded our expectations. She was available to us day and night. She was there for us every step of the way, explaining every detail. Dana treated every transaction as if it were her own. I truly cannot recommend her enough. She's genuine and she cares very much for her clients and is an incredibly hard worker--always making herself available. We love our new house and will always be so thankful to Dana! She is really the best!

Helped me rent a Single Family home in East Amherst, NY.
I recently relocated to the Buffalo area with my family. The relocation company that was assiting me had identified Dana to be our real estate consultant. Dana was great to work with. She worked with my family and did everything possible to understand our needs and make recommendations accordingly. She did a great job in identifying the right location, school district and the house for us. We are grateful that we had Dana as our guide. She made it a great experience. In this process we ended up with a great local resource and a friend. I would highly recommend Dana.

Bought a home in 2011.
Dana helped my fiancee and I buy our first house in October. We had an issue where we needed all the paperwork done within a few weeks and Dana made it happen! She always returned our calls and was always professional and on time. Highly recommend her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Sanborn, NY.
House hunting at 23, realtors either didn't take us seriously, or tried to sell us the biggest mess on their hands. Dana was the first down to earth agent we came across, with motherly advice, and absolutely zero pressure. Turned the whole experience around for us, was very helpful from start to finish and then some. Excellent communication throughout the process.
Biggest part I recall, is after debating on a particular home for at least a week, (even brought the contract on vacation) she was very understanding and even comforting when we opted not to put a bid in. Fortunately, Found our current home the following week. Excellent experience, couldn't be happier with the result.

I was very impressed with Dana's knowledge and time and effort she put forth in selling my home. She held several open houses, and the last one she must of given it her all because we had three offers that day which resulted in a sale. I have recommended her services to others and will continue to do so. She will give you 110 percent.

Dana did a fantastic job finding the perfect home for our family, while taking our individual needs and preferences into consideration. It was a huge relief to us when our previous home sold quickly, and we have Dana to thank for that as well. Dana has always conducted herself with professionalism and kindness. Dana is a wonderful agent! She is professional and still has time to get to know her clients and their expectations for sales. She is highly skilled in her real estate field. She knows the neighborhoods and communities of wester New York and of their specific market genre.
Dana is always accessable. She returns phone calls, emails and messages in a timely fashion. Dana can be depended upon to seek out potential buyers who have definite interest in transactions. Dana is certainly someone whom I would recommend to others for property sales. My family members have her number!
I have a trusted professional and new friend in Dana. She has my full respect. Having been an RN for 30 yrs, I cannot say enough about DanaBress!
