Dana is an exceptional agent!! My husband and I were beginning to look for a new home and were truly blessed to find Dana. From our first meeting, we knew we had hit the realtor jack pot!! As a first time buyer myself, I was quite nervous with the process and Dana made me feel at ease from day one. She is not only extremely knowledgable in all aspects of the business, but she provides a personal touch that few realtors (if any) could match! Dana was very patient as my husband and I looked at homes until we found just the right one! We both felt that she celebrated with us when the contract was accepted. Once we purchased our new home, she even helped us find renters for our current house making that process completely painless! There are simply not enough positive words to describe Dana as a real estate agent or as a person! I would recommend her to anyone!!!

Dana was a dream real estate agent. She found out what I wanted and found the perfect house for me in the perfect location. She knew my price range and didn't pressure me to go out of it. She met me multiple times at the house so I could show it to different members of my family. Very flexible. I will definitely use her in the future when I'm ready to sell and buy!

I would recommend Dana Gregory to any person or business in the process of selling a home or business. Dana gave me good advice and made the selling of my house easy. With all the hype about selling a house in todays housing market I was skeptical that I would be able to sale for the price I wanted. Dana sold my house in a few short weeks and allowed me to move on to buy my dream home. Dana is a positive, can do, motivated, intelligent, and hard working individual. On a scale of 1-10 she is a 11 in my book.

Dana is genuinely a GOOD person and she truly had my best interests at heart! She went above and beyond for me and even surprised me by getting me a lower price than I thought! She was also able to negotiate me getting a new heating/air system-something very rare with the buying situation I was faced with. Dana is very smart and knowledgeable and had a lot of helpful advice. She is not afraid to stand up for your best interest! She is actually the one to contact me about the house that I ended up purchasing. I was very hesitant about it because I didn't think I liked it based on the pictures, but after I saw it for the first time I KNEW that she was 100% right on target!
