I was born and raised in Philadelphia and attended Central High; I have always worked in and around this city. Through the process of purchasing my own home at twenty one, while working at a property management company, I realized I wanted to pursue a career in real estate sales. I worked daily with tenants and leads for my property manager who I thought would help me to prepare to purchase a home. Needless to say I was shut down without a second thought because when asked if my credit score was 700 or higher I said no. So I found a lender on my own and was preapproved despite the advice I had been given! I know there are many people who have been in this situation and didn't know how to move forward towards their goal. If more people had the knowledge necessary to manage their credit and prepare to buy a home, the majority of them would no longer be tenants! I realized that being that advocate and making that difference in people's lives was what I wanted to do professionally.
In May of 2012 I became licensed to sell real estate and in June of 2012 I became affiliated with REMAX! I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and am currently pursuing my MBA as I believe education is imperative to success. I strive to stay educated about all aspects of the real estate market as well so that I remain the trusted resource for all of your goals whether it be a first time home purchase, an investment property, or the sale of your home!
I pride myself on being able to provide a smooth transaction for my clients. As such, I offer a plethora of information and services including the most up to date info on grants available, multiple mortgage lenders who offer a variety of loans, an in house title company so you won't have to go any further than my office for settlement, and an attorney who is a short sale specialist in case you are thinking of buying or selling a home at short sale.
