Dan was so helpful beginning with my asking his advice on renovations that would improve the sale of my home a year before I ever listed with him. He guided me every step of the way, giving me advice on improvements made, setting a sales price that would move the property within the time frame I wanted, and offering referrals to contractors and tradespeople.
He was very skilled in helping me understand how to deal with offers made on the property and giving clear explanations of what to expect.

Bought a home in 2013.
Dan and Cori were a marvelous team with which to work. Since we were relocating they helped us efficiently prioritize our wish list and narrow down the area in Charlotte which would most suit our needs. They were able to accommodate some specific multi-generational requirements as well. Dan and Cori listened carefully and always responded quickly to all of our questions. Our relocation was much less stressful with them in our corner. Not only did they provide valuable information prior to finding our new home, but made excellent recommendations for the necessary professionals. Dan represented us for some follow up inspections which we were unable to attend. We would highly recommend Dan and Cori for anyone buying a home as they are an absolute pleasure.
