Dan Callahan is an amazing realtor. He has a vast knowledge of the market, offers professional feedback and advice to prepare a home for sale, and patiently answers all questions quickly. Both Dan and Cori are a wonderful team, I give them my highest recommendation. I am happy to have sold my home, but I will miss our pleasant conversations!

Dan has sold 2 houses of mine and has helped me buy one. I can not praise Dan and Corie enough. They communicated with me every step of the process. They went above and beyond the call of duty on each occasion.

Dan works with another agent named Cori. Dan and Cori were great to work with and I highly recommend them.

We had some difficulties with our house based on a couple things that were out of our control, but the combination of Dan's general real estate knowledge and negotiation skills made the process much less stressful than it should have been. I felt confident putting my trust in Dan's advice when it came time to make difficult decisions - and I'm glad that I did. Just about everything that Dan predicted, from the buyer's negotiation tactics to his estimation of their future requests, was spot on.

Selling a house is not an easy process. Go with someone like Dan that truly has your best interests in mind and will fight the tough battles on your behalf.

I had a pleasant experience buying my first home with Dan and Cori's assistance

I am a perfectionist and I will not settle for anything that I am not 100% happy about. I first looked into the market with the help from another agent. Unfortunately that didn't go anywhere because the more I looked, the more confusion I had as there were so many options out there.... I thought I am capable to find out a perfect home by myself and I only need the agent when closing. But later on I felt like it was not possible...

Basically I updated my computer screen every 15 seconds in order to capture the new listings. I felt like my anxiety level went up and I slept 2 or 3am every night. Whenever I saw something, I would ask the other agent to check for me. He was kind and he showed me everything that I asked to see but I did not feel like I was getting help on the major thing that I need- honest opinions. I kept looking around and around, and I kept finding more places....Plus I was relatively new to Charlotte and that made the selection choice very hard for me.

I was referred to Dan and Cori by one of the lenders that I spoke to when I was calling around for mortgage. I was told that Dan would always fight for the buyer and looked for the best for the buyer. I called Dan immediately and he set up appointment with me in the next 24 hours.

They use a very helpful tool online to help me narrow down my options based on my needs and budget. I could easily see the status of the listing and that saved so much of my time trying to find out whether the places were in contract or not. That helps my anxiety level to come back down.

In addition, Dan was always on time and professional. I am a busy women and I can only check out homes after work. Dan was able to show me places several times on weekends and late afternoon.

What I like about the most is that Dan always gave me objective opinions and advices when I asked questions. He told me all he knew about the neighborhood and answered my questions precisely. I was able to make decision so much quicker and easier with his input. He truly helped me see the whole picture.

Dan kept me positive throughout the whole progress and I did not feel like looking for a place alone. His partner Cori was great help as well. She did so well on all the communications, calling, emails, and paperwork. Cori also showed me my final home when Dan was out of town. If it was not her, I would not have gotten my condo today.

I feel grateful to have met this experience team and get my first perfect place.

Dan Callahan and his Remax team turned lemons into lemonade! They closed on our sale in less than six weeks. Unfortunately, we were left with a real mess on our hands after our renters left our home in shambles.Because we live in PA, it was crucial that we had a hardworking and competant salesman. Dan was essential to the sale of our home. As we have already relocated to a new town, selling our property from three hours away was a daunting task. Dan facilitated the entire process for us from a detailed list and photos of items that needed repair, meeting with contractors to ensure the work was completed properly, beautiful photos and video for internet marketing, having the ability to virtually sign, etc. Dan was available to answer questions and updated us as soon as new information presented itself. We had tenuous negotiations at times, but Dan handled it professionally and helped us get the most out of our property. It was nice to finally meet Dan on the day of the closing and thank him for his superior work.

Dans knows what is needed to sell a house and sell it quickly. Didn't sugar coat anything. Suggested what needed to be updated or repaired and what didn't. I especially liked the fact that he agreed with me that an open house was not needed. I have already recommended Dan to co-workers who are getting ready to move.
