I had my house on the market for over three years and I have to say that we were very Leary of another agent coming in and helping us but we needed a change .The first time Dan came to our home I felt comfortable right away. He is very professional .This is the agent you will need to sell your home he knows what he is doing and very knowledgeable . Dan and Cori were a marvelous team with which to work. Since we were relocating they helped us efficiently prioritize our wish list and narrow down the area in Charlotte which would most suit our needs. They were able to accommodate some specific multi-generational requirements as well. Dan and Cori listened carefully and always responded quickly to all of our questions. Our relocation was much less stressful with them in our corner. Not only did they provide valuable information prior to finding our new home, but made excellent recommendations for the necessary professionals. Dan represented us for some follow up inspections which we were unable to attend. We would highly recommend Dan and Cori for anyone buying a home as they are an absolute pleasure. We will definitely call them for any future real estate needs.
